Who the hell is Tyra Buss? Played high school ball at Mt. Carmel, IL. She was the best female basketbal player in this area before Jackie Young. She played collegiately at Indiana and was one who set the foundation for their current success. She was a member of the UE coaching staff the last season of the Ruffing era. She left to be with her fiance in Wisconsin. |

I’ve seen the Tyra-for-HC saga referenced on Twitter a few times, as recently as last year’s coaching search. Surprised no one’s yelled “HIRE TYRA!” at one of the games over the years. 😂 As long as *****intentions is sucking air, he'll keep that old story alive. He's a rather boring scab-picker with little else to offer. No one, not even the originator of the suggestion, would honestly believe that hiring Tyra as the men's coach was feasible. But plenty of people were giddy over the hiring of local legend Walter McCarty. Not one of them will admit to it today. (I think I'll look that up.) We know now that Tyra Buss, Marvin Gray or Marcia Yockey would have turned out better than Walter NBA with none of the ongoing lawsuits. All that glitters is not gold. Damus/Whiskers/JordysHornet/HeathridgeHuckleberry/*******: some of us work for a living to pay taxes for those who sit around all day doing nothing other than posting random thoughts that mean nothing at the end of the day. Thank me and some of the other who pay your way so that you can do you……whatever that may be. |
