Josiah Dunham, incoming freshman at Evansville Christian, is already getting lots of attention while playing summer ball. 6'0 guard from a smart, athletic family, should be one to keep an eye on.

Not to be negative but he is considerably older than the kids he's playing against. Know this for a fact. With that being said he's very talented and smart. Very heady and sees the floor well.

There are 22 teams in the league consisting of upcoming high school freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors. The team Josiah is on is the only team that consists of only freshmen players. Based on this information, please explain the fact as you know it.

Rumor has it that the coaching staff is recruiting him, and he will go on a visit once he hits a certain age. His dad told me that he would not mind staying at home.

Get him, Trent Sisley and possibly the Luke Lawrence kid and our 2024 or ‘25 class will look really good and we never even have to leave our backyard on the recruiting trail.

That would be tremendous. You know, these kids want to go to a big P5 school because they think that will improve their chances for pro ball. If the kid can play, the scouts will find them. Just look at the Morant kid who played at Murray State. All kinds of NBA executives and talent evaluators came to the OVC tournament in Evansville. If I remember correctly, Magic Johnson showed up to watch him play. Bottom line, sometimes it's better to be a big fish in a small pond.

Josiah just visited and received an offer from UE. Now the followup needs to continue until he signs a National Letter.
He’s going to make someone a really good player and it might as well be the Aces. He really has a nose for the game and especially how to score. As was previously mentioned put him on a team with Trent Sisley and I think UE will challenge for a conference championship.

Here is his Twitter account that confirms the offer. That would be awesome if they both came to UE. Are they both in the same recruiting class? mobile.twitter.com/josiahdunham22
