They led MSU in the second half before MSU pulled away in the last eight minutes.
ISU tends to play eight guys, but their five starters tend to get the bulk of their minutes:
- Isaiah Swope (5'10" Jr): 19.6ppg, 44.1% from 3
- Ryan Conwell (6'4" So): 15.5 ppg, 4.8 rpg, 41% from 3
- Robbie Avila (6'10 So): 15.5 ppg, 6.5 rpg, 4 apg, 44% from 3
- Jayson Kent (6'8" Jr): 12.8 ppg, 6.2 apg, 85.7% FT shooter
- Julian Larry (6'3" Jr): 10.6 ppg, 3.7 apg, 58.3% from 3
Xavier Bledson (6'6" RSr) also plays 20 mpg: 7.5 ppg, 3.4 apg, 2.9 rbg
Pretty much every guy on their team seems to be a threat from 3. Masen Miller (6'2" Jr) and Jake Wolfe (6'5" Redshirt fifth year) also play a good ten minutes a game.

Not much respect from the ISU message board:

Elite? That is hilarious. They have had what, 2 good seasons since 1979 and now they are an "elite" program? Please. Being the poorest school in your conference doesn't make you elite.
The good and bad with them. Without CB3 and Ben, it could get a little ugly Wednesday night. Continuing with the bad, they should be the favorites to win the league. They should as a result get a NCAA bid. They could make a little noise with it.
Now the good. If the above does indeed happen, they better enjoy it. Schertz will be as good as gone. Any decently funded mid-major and above will be able to lure him out of there. Just like he did with LMU, he will bring as many of his players as he can with him. See Murray State and McMahon. He has zero ties and loyalty to ISU.

If ISUb loses Swope they become an average team.

Since Swope has already used a transfer, he may be the only one left next year. Swopes success is a painful reminder of what a clown Lickliter was when it came to recruiting and evaluating talent.

Unfortunately Swope didn't fit into UEs slow and methodical offense

Haven’t really seen Swope play but obviously he’s a dynamic offensive player. Hoping we can post him up a little bit on the defensive side though, especially if we can get a matchup with him and Tanner.

Look for ISU to double Cuff and not allow 1 on 1. If they should pressure Thomas will turn ball over. They should allow Strawbridge to shoot all he wants. Don't want to do their scouting for them but that is what i would do. Play tough Aces.

Our players need to come to the ball if others are getting double teamed. Also the way to beat a double team is to drive to the basket or pass quickly.

Look for ISU to double Cuff and not allow 1 on 1…. If they double from the post, Tanner is good at the short alley-oop pass to our bigs.

Sorry to say, but I think we will get punished tomorrow at Terre Haute.
Hope I am wrong, but I would bet that we'd be lucky to lose by less than 25 points.

Feel free to move this to off topic section, but since we play ISU tomorrow, I figured it was somewhat relevant..
Pretty shocking move. Seemed like he was a very successful AD, with his only major blunder being failing to host the baseball super regional, but I’m not sure that was actually his fault.

It was the President who didn't want to host it. She was canned too. Seems like a lot of folks are mad about last baseball season.
