Making some assumptions about Gerke in light of a highlight reel that proves she actually is on a team and plays at least some of the time.
If she is as good at using the glass as these clips show, that is going to add another 8 or 10 points to the offense because this player will get fouled a lot. In the Valley, the officiating being what it is, she might average 30 a game.

I like Gerke's defensive play, she is active with her hands and deceivingly quick. Nice hesitation move with the dribble...which was called traveling/palming the ball back in the day, but not anymore. Not afraid to make contact either.
I am excited about Avery Kelley coming here. She is a hard worker and will definitely get better before she arrives on campus in 2024.
Here is her Prosects Nation eval -- "Kelley is an athletic guard who has the appearance that she can run for days. Her build and physical strength are good attributes to build around. She looks to be most comfortable as a lead handler and has the potential to be a lockdown on ball defender. Being the top ball handler on a team comes with responsibility. Working on her vocal leadership should be an area of attention for her as she climbs the ranks."
Any word from RSW about the recruitment of Gabby Spink 2025 out of Gibson Southern? Lot's of upside with her athleticism.

…Any word from RSW about the recruitment of Gabby Spink 2025 out of Gibson Southern? Lot's of upside with her athleticism. I don’t see any public Evansville connection yet, but obviously she’s a solid shooting guard with two more years to develop in high school, so I would be surprised if we don’t offer her at some point. Some good video and commentary on her game here: peachstatebasketball.com/bclayrecruiting-gabby-spink-college-recruiting-player-profile/

Amaya Henderson is a 6’3” center and in the ‘25 class. She seems to be a very strong defensive player and rebounder that is a blocking machine. She has some offensive skills but primarily around the rim. Pretty agile and mobile as well. These highlights at The Classic in Louisville back in May shows her skill set: Hudl highlights: www.hudl.com/profile/18596289/amaya-henderson

This article is behind the Courier and Press paywall, but has two of our 2024 commits ranked at #8 Camryn Runner (Hamilton Heights) and #24 Avery Kelley (Evansville Memorial) for Indiana's top 25 Seniors. Not sure who or how rankings were compiled. -- #10 Talia Harris (Fishers) holds an offer from us.
Camryn Runner - The 5-9 Evansville commit enters her fourth season at the forefront for the Huskies. Runner shot 46% from the field, 48% from 3 and 85% at the line, and averaged 19 points, seven rebounds, three steals and two assists as a junior. She dropped 28 points (zero 3-pointers) in a 41-40 win over Yorktown in sectionals, and has 1,235 career points. Avery Kelley - Kelley averaged over 15 points, six rebounds, four assists and two steals, with a 41% field goal percentage and a 77% conversion rate on FTs. The 5-6 Evansville commit posted four 20-point performances, highlighted by a 25-point outing vs. Jasper wherein she hit 10 field goals. She's a career 42% shooter.

There is quite a bit of disparity in skill level for women in high school, so I find it hard to judge how a player's skills will translate over to the college game.
Avery Kelley's weakness will be her size. Can shoot the ball from 3, but how does that translate to the extended 3pt line in college? Will need to work on becoming a threat with her passing skills.
I could not find much info on the other 2 players -- I think the big key is how these players can finish when driving to the rim.
