Bosse has a player AP Mitchell who is 6'7".He is a transfer from Kokomo and just became eligible in December. Maybe he is a under the radar player.

2 down… Ford out at Mo St. Would think the guy from NW Mo St would be announced the day after he gets back from Evansville SIU & MSU both think they’re going to make a serious run at him. Will be interesting to see if any can close the deal. If not, he’s probly not leaving unless for a P5 opportunity, and there probably aren’t many that would be willing to hire a D2 coach.

He might think he has a shot at Mizzou. And maybe after going Ofer this year, they might look at him

It would be a travesty for Indiana State to be passed over for the NCAA tournament if Drake wins today. ISU has had a great season. However, IN State cannot afford to be blown out in the Arch Madness championship.

Lunardi works for ESPN. Jerry Palm works for CBS. They both carry water for the power conferences.

Not letting the Sicks into the tournament would show a typical NCAA callous toward the country's fan base as it rakes in billions from insurance and credit card company advertising. These guys could remarket the Bird mystique and not miss a beat. Drake appears to be the team that will get in and, to be honest, they can probably win something. They just aren't very interesting.

Best comment I've heard in awhile. If you go 3-8 against quad 1 schools it shows you don't belong in the NCAA tournament.

Not a thing against Rags at all, but McCollum was my first choice for our job. With the success Schertz has had after a highly successful D-2 run, I think a lot of schools will try to duplicate it with guys like McCollum. If both were going after him, I am not sure which program between SIU and Missouri State would be more attractive. On paper, it should be Missouri State. I think both schools are suffering from some type of Barry Hinson Voodoo Curse.

I think both schools are suffering from some type of Barry Hinson Voodoo Curse. This is not a good look for the conference. Looking at the bottom rung, the goal has become to finish .500 and possibly avoid the Thursday game. Dang, I hope we can all set our sights a little higher than that, knowing the talent and resources necessary are being sold to the highest bidder. The Aces are lucky if they can get a Saturday night game at the Ford Center. NCAA apparently thinks the solution is to just make the tournament bigger. And when the Valley does get a 2nd really good team, they are told they didn't beat enough "Q-1" teams -- so, better luck next year ... as the coach realizes "next year" is going to cost him another couple of million bucks. Maybe some Chevy dealer can bring in a bench player. The deal is, Ford and Mullins will be replaced by guys who won't do any better, can't do any better. They will begin to turn into Valpo, where their coach has at least been friendly. We are just glad UE didn't continue down that path -- presuming they indeed have not. McCollum can't rescue either of these programs. The administrations are completely clueless.

Illinois State had a similar situation in 2017 after winning the league too. I hope the trees get in. They deserve it, and they’re capable of winning games in which would help the conference as a whole. They need to root for bubble teams to lose early and hope there’s no unexpected tourney champs in leagues with real at large hopes that would steal bids. They need Dayton to win the A10, and someone that’s already clearly in the field to win all the P5 tourneys. If that happens, I think they’re in, but the bigger the bubble gets the worse their odds are.
