Are we going to continue to allow personal insults Mr. Moderator? Try learning to read and maybe you will get better outcomes. I really am sick of people looking at my comments and being too damned dense to understand it. Seriously, if you were half as smart as you think you are, you'd know what the comment was about. You read one sentence and go off like a cheap rocket. READ THE DAMNED COMMENT. Honestly, if Mister Moderator is your only ally, you really do have problems. Stop whining.

And again another mudslinging. Mr. Moderator are we allowing this from the person with 8 different screen names or not?

Man, I really wish we were all as intelligent and bright as "Mr/Mrs 10 Screen Names who likes to have conversations with him/herself to feel valuable"

Better recruiting decisions? Ragland was handed a dumpster fire and was hired way too late to make any meaningful impact in recruiting. Not fair to pin this on the current staff 🤦♂️ What? This is one of the most clueless and inane replies, and coming from you, that's saying a lot. Excuse me, but how exactly is he wrong? He couldn’t run off anybody at the point he was hired because there was no one left to replace them with. The portal was mainly drained by that point, so finding a gem is particularly difficult. It was too late for players to transfer from their schools. It was a tough situation, and I believe everyone will agree that the three players Rags brought in were the three best we had. Already, recruiting feels a lot different. I can’t put my finger on it, but it just does.

Not fair to pin this on the current staff 🤦♂️ I agree with your assessment, a good gauge will be how many players we get commitments from before the beginning of May this year. We already have 5. Tune in next week to see what happens in our exciting adventure.

The only real worm that's turned is that until a couple of years ago, it was the coach who got the boot, not the players. If a player wanted out or was tossed out, he usually had to wait a year. In the case of Dru Smith, we all know how they tried shenanigans pinning a coaching change to a player's actual skill profile. So what's new is that the coaches have more exert control over the results than they did. Ragland can't go 5-27 again and convince anybody he's the right hire. He has to let the Portal stabilize and that will take a couple of months. The hope is that they will make better decisions on their recruiting. The modern approach to gleaning prep academies for me-first-to-the-rim superstars might be OK at P6 schools that can afford to gamble and miss. In the end, we may see a better product once the system in place organizes into some kind of stoic board of "directors" who will regulate Texas Southern but not Baylor. You are clueless. These recruits weren't Raglands to begin with. Tired of seeing your useless posts.

In his defense, I think he meant the hope is that Ragland will make better decisions recruiting compared to the previous staffs.

I fully expect this staff to have the roster filled out by then and I will be disappointed if they do not. There aren’t many difference makers committing in May.

Are we going to continue to allow personal insults Mr. Moderator? You are still making them, so yes is my guess.

In the end, we may see a better product once the system in place organizes into some kind of stoic board of "directors" who will regulate Texas Southern but not Baylor. I think you have nailed it AGAIN. There aren't many here besides you who can understand the complexities of the new basketball landscape. You are slamming up against a few who have a reading comprehension problem that's made worse by the grudge they won't let go of. As the resident Nostradamus, the volcanic emotions I'm seeing here were expected. I'm calling for calm. Other than me, no one knows what the future holds, rosterwise. (I'm quite happy with the word "rosterwise." This was the first time I've ever seen that word.) Anyway, March 25th is not the right time to assess how Rags and the Aces will fare in the fabulous player auction. I predict that everyone will love the finalized roster until the first loss. On that day, someone will light their hair on fire in the often visited Land of Scapegoatus and the dawn of Bobe 2.0 will be upon us. I don't want to spoil it for everyone but the Aces will not be 5-27 again next year. Hint: I will upgrade my seating ASAP. On a side note, I enjoy your name changes. "That which we call a rose, by any other word would smell as sweet." Willm Shakp wrote that and so did Willm Shakspere. Gulielmus Shakspere also wrote it, as did Shakespeare. They were all the same person. Not once have I ever not known who you were. 'Tis far better than those who depart and come back fresh and untethered to all they have written before. And how will you know them? They are the ones who protest name changes the loudest.

You are still making them, so yes is my guess. Do you write all these screen names and passwords down on a spiral notepad? I press the "Log In" button and the stored screen name and password works it's magic. How thick is your spiral notepad?
