Pretty sure I saw him at the Illinois State game. Good for him to see us actually win.

Sounds like he definitely needs to add weight. Verbal Commits has him listed as 6'3" and 145. 😳 So does Beauchamp...lol

If the kid who guarded Logan guarded the Halloway kid from Bosse last night I can see why he only got off 11 shots.

My grandparents live in Sullivan and my grandpa called me after the game (he either watches or listens to all the Sullivan games). It's incredible that guy truly hit three game winners in a row. Unbelievable! Sullivan actually played Bosse in the game after they beat North Harrison and beat them in a high scoring game. Perhaps Sullivan has some decent players on their team we should be looking at?? I believe they are now heading to Semi State and will play a team from Indy.

Hard to judge a guy on one play - especially a play where the other team hits a game winner. But I was actually impressed with Logan's versatility as he entirely left his man to come help out and forced the ball out of Kelley's hand back to the guy he was defending (all the way across the court). He came all the way back over to guard his guy and still came back and tried to help again. He covered a lot of ground - usually you only guard one guy. He definitely showed me something there (even on a game winning play by the other team).
He probably does need to put some more weight and muscle on but extremely encouraged - obviously need to watch more video.

I wouldn’t necessarily agree that the VC weight is correct. We had a lot of “skinny” players back in the hay day years of D-II. One that was as thin as anyone was Larry Humes and he played in the paint. I admit that the game today is different and all our players need more muscle. If Logan can play hoops then we can use him as he is.

In the 1973-74 school year, the NCAA split into 3 divisions. The University Division became Division I. The College Division was divided into Division II (athletic scholarships) and Division III (non athletic scholarships). So the Aces were in fact a Division II team for 4 seasons before going Division I and in fact played in the 1974 and 1976 NCAA Division II tournaments.
