Welcome to Evansville Alex!
great get from the top 10 players out of the state of Kentucky. Gatorade poy, 2nd team all state as a junior.
watch his videos, he has lots of tools, can rebound, bring the ball up the court, dribble in traffic. What I noticed the most was he has good size and doesn’t mind contact. We needed an inside player and I believe Alex will help with inside play. No he’s not 6-10, the article says 6-6, other stuff says 6-5, but we all know with the right heart and mind, 6-5 is tall enough to make a difference.
Go Aces!
RIP JS

Alex is undersized at 6'5, but has good overall skills and toughness. He, like all freshman, Will have to make some adjustments to his game. This is a good get for the Aces.

The 20-21 roster thread also has some comparing him to Parish Casebier. He too was only 6-4 or 5. Chris Mack also had good instincts on scoring inside.

Reminds me of Floyd Central's Cobie Barnes, who just completed his 1st yr. @ ISU:
Season Stats: Given his maturity/rate of development, I see him possibly equaling or surpassing Barne's 1st yr. #'s. Barne's major headache was adapting to Div I man-man "D" coming out of HS.

Sounds to me like a guy who wants be at UE, and has the mental, and physical ability to play D1 basketball. He will be a mainstay for the Aces in the years to come.

Is #24 available? No doubt will be an inspirational force for the kid.
