These pro leagues are an amazing opportunity for young guys to see the world and do what they love to do, so ... yeah, three cheers for Art. It's also worth noting that Europe is a fertile ground for the mid-majors to recruit players who aren't overwhelmed by the glitter of the SEC. Some of the most durable players in college ball come from places where the Polish pro teams play.
I wonder what Art will say about UE.

I have zero idea about the levels of competition in Poland. If he's scoring 10 points a game, it's at least a number. If he has any stats at all, he's at least playing.

Benching him in a throwaway year took little courage. I'll always wonder though if the silly-looking Hitler hairdo he adopted after his redshirt year played a part.
