I hate to say it, but women's BB is a flaming joke anyway. If you look a the top 20 or so programs, those teams will NEVER lose to a mid-major. And by "never," it might even be inside single digits at halftime. If these women are transferring, I gotta wonder why. The WNBA is for women like Reese or Clark or the 6-8 girl from South Carolina. Maybe they'd rather not play on a 4-win team that won 4 games because they didn't play better.

Meanwhile, the other end of the spectrum can be brutal. Tennessee just fired Kellie Harper after 5 seasons. She was 108-52 overall and 53-24 in a very competitive SEC. She also played and coached under Pat Summit. She had a successful run in the MVC at Missouri State prior to going back to UT.
Realistic expectations?

This was my transfer portal find, from South Alabama, a few years ago for my rec team I used to hoop it up at LA Fitness with this girl, then invited her on to my co-ed recreation league team as our point guard. Needless to say we won the league for the 2 years she was on our team -- and recreation b-ball in Atlanta is pretty competitive. usajaguars.com/sports/womens-basketball/roster/raena-ellis/2758

The Top Teams in this sport didn’t notice their court wasn’t correct until the FIFTH GAME they went to play on it.
It’s very hard to expend any energy on something so mediocre. And that’s sad bc I know the girls try hard, but ….

Have not seen any news on portal additions to the team. Also, no news from Kynidi or Naveah as to where they decide to go to school.

Just saw on twitter that Nevaeh committed to Illinois State. That’ll sting a bit.

Certainly do not blame her for seeking a situation that gives her an oppty for post-season play, while being closer to her home in Wisconsin. I know our program will get a lot of scrutiny this coming season and some decisions may be made.

Losing a player to a conference peer is rarely a good look. Something seems amiss. RSW was outwardly public her first season here. Now, she seems to have taken a page from Lickliter. Maybe it's just me, but I haven't seen or heard anything about the women's team since the season ended, other than the two transfers.

Here we go with a new addition to the team - the team will be much different next year and believe coach has been addressing the biggest need -- and that is players that can shoot the ball.
"Kreinhagen has family ties to UE as well as her great grandfather Jerry Canterbury played for the men's basketball team from 1948-1951 under Aces' legendary coach Arad McCutchan."

I have been watching the women’s games since RSW arrived and the most glaring problem with her teams is that to many of them mostly throw the ball at the basket. Either through wild scoop shots or jumpers with poor technique. Hopefully this will be addressed as recruiting continues.
While watching many women’s post season games most of the players had shooting techniques similar to men players. These girls learned proper shooting technique early. This brings to question what are our coaches looking at while recruiting. Maybe they are simply looking at stat sheets or press stories.
I know last winter we had coaches in several states watching games and players. If more money is needed to increase recruiting trips and contacts then the administration needs to get it done.
