Baseball scheduling is a bit more complex because the weekend series are F-S-Su and they are as likely to cancel a game as play it. The weekday games are T-W, and as well, bad weather will wipe out a game. The Valley teams spend most of their non-con schedule in the South and streaming is quite hit-miss. The games against the SEC are specific to their network as are the games against B1G schools.
I propose to do a separate thread at the start of each week, maybe with a wrap on what happened the week before. I can do some dumpster diving to get names of top players from the other teams. Trying to avoid having three or four threads all going down the same tunnel. I don't have a problem directing some of that (without moderator authority that I don't intend to want) but I tend to like baseball quite a lot and have followed this team fairly much.
There seems to be a lot of interest in UE baseball but it is harder to follow because there are more moving parts.
Suggestions?
There are obviously reasons why tangent threads are important. Recruiting goes on and the other 11 teams in the Valley are putting up numbers, including Sick State, which fancies itself as the best team in the league.
Hint: They aren't.

Weekly threads are good. I like the idea of a recap for the previous week along with a preview of the week to come. I give the idea two thumbs up.

I don't want anyone to assume that I think I'm like some kind of expert on this. Just looking for some ways to centralize the threads that relate specifically to the games and previews. Other threads are on their own merit.

Series threads or weekly threads (encompassing the series and any weekday games) make perfect sense to me. Appreciate your insight into the team and their opponents. This has the makings of a special year.
