Tommy said this morning that it was Sensory Awareness Night tonight. There will be less noise and lights during the intro, etc. Should have done this during the Murray State game. The Murray Crazy Cat Lady might not have been so triggered. What is Sensory Awareness Night? And what’s the point? Sensory inclusion is a nonprofit that was started by walk on Tyler Myers to promote inclusive environments for kids with sensory sensitivity issues. I think this non profit idea is what won him the change maker full ride to UE. It looks like he has a little brother that I’m assuming is Autistic and has over stimulation/sensory issues that inspired him doing this. Long story short, it looks like they just promote awareness for kids that have sensory issues and provide the kids & venues that could be frequented by them and cause sensory issues with bags filled with headphones and other things to help their sensory overload. I don’t think they’ll be mandating that the Ford Centers a library tonight due to sensory inclusion night, more just trying to spread awareness for Tyler’s cause by modifying the intro a little and allowing them to have a halftime activity for the kids.

In the middle of a losing streak, the team is playing poorly, weeknight game.....small crowd expected anyway. Sensory inclusion night should be easily managed in terms of reduced crowd noise.

Less noise, less excitement? This program has offered a quiet, bland environment for so long because of all the reasons everyone knows about. Halftime activities planned for tonight seem okay, but seems ironic to me to tone down "noise" for the night? I'm a loyal fan who feels dismissed by the turns this program has taken for several years now. Any plans for a "Forgotten Fans" night? I post this in jest, just feeling a bit "forgotten." Go ACES, but don't do anything too exciting!

The first time they call a foul on our player for just laying on the floor, I'm gonna whisper profanites at the nearest ref as quietly as possible!!

Anthony just tweeted Ben is dressed and will be a game time decision. That’s huge.

Just turned into the radio broadcast, and I thought Jevin said that if he plays he would be limited to 15 minutes at the most. But that’s encouraging that he might play at all.

Let's go Aces! Anyone at the game? Is the Sensory Inclusion creating for a noticeably different game atmosphere?
