Looks like antoine has landed at George Washington for his final year. Much better landing spot than I thought he would end up with. Best of luck to him in his final year. Thanks Larry for finding this. Didn’t see anything on Antoine’s account but did find this:

Good for Preston and Moncrief, Hall gets what he deserves. Hall gets what he deserves, I don't understand it.He hardly ever played for UE.He was probably the most OVERRATED 3 star recruit we had. It was my understanding UE paid for his education the last 3 years. Maybe I am mistaken. But if that is true, to then decide to play basketball again and not at UE is disrespectful in my opinion. To your comment about hardly playing and overrated player How do you know in your own words he hardly played for UE. How do you know how much talent he had or in that case never got a chance to show.

Trey's UE stats 2020-21: Freshman started the opening three games of the year while playing in 19 games overall Came out of the gate strong at Louisville, posting his top scoring effort of 9 points Followed that up with his top defensive effort, posting 8 boards versus Prairie View A&M; also played his top total of 29 minutes in the contest Recorded 8 points at Bradley, his top MVC effort; hit 3 of his 4 field goal attempts Hit both 3-point attempts in first game at Loyola before finishing with 6 points
I kind of remember that Trey was injured and did not play the rest of the season.
2021-22: Did not play Trey was always a very vocal and positive player in street clothes on the bench during the 2021-2022 season.
2022-23: Did not play He sat out the season for academic reasons. I imagine there was a mutual agreement with Coach Ragland that it was in Trey's best interest to move on.
I see no disrespect towards the program.

Utah Tech is in the WAC, 3rd year of transition to D1. Between injuries and whatever else, Trey never really showed what he could do here but he was an enthusiastic teammate and showed a lot of promise out of high school. I hope things work out for him in Utah.

I think he will do well. He just needed an opportunity as he says. If he can stay focused (including academically) he will be a good pickup for Utah Tech. If he doesn’t do well I doubt it will be because of the athletic ability that he has been given.
I wish him well. He certainly cheered his teammates on even when he was not playing. How can you not root for him.

I guess Blaise and Zavion are still not committed to a school yet. Hoping they find success somewhere.

I guess Blaise and Zavion are still not committed to a school yet. Hoping they find success somewhere. Surprised Zaveion hadn’t gone to a JUCO yet. Seems like the ideal route for someone like him with limited PT and game film. Blaise must be holding out hoping for a D1 offer to come through. Hope he doesn’t miss the boat on a good D2 program because of that. I’d guess 90% of teams have their roster filled by this point.

Not unrelated to recruiting, Greg Heiar has been hired at Mineral Area College. MAC is a juco southwest of St. Louis. Heiar was booted from New Mexico State amid the hazing scandal that riddled their program. MAC said they were aware of all that but thought Heiar's experience was worth the risk.

Trey Hall may never play again. Huge disappointment that’s for sure. Think players never read this board? Trey just posted a screen shot of this post on an Instagram reel!

In his defense, what he said wasn’t that harsh of a criticism. I think most of us were pretty surprised to see him get another D1 opportunity, and coming in with that much hype and then playing 15% or less of the games over 3 years because you couldn’t stay academically eligible is the definition of a huge disappointment imo. I still standby previous statements that no serious coach or players are reading this board, and if they are, it’s just to laugh at how ridiculous we are I would hope.

Yeah nothing I said was inaccurate. Wish him the best and hope he’s got his mind in the right place……..not on this message board.
