You left out Elmore Smith and Travis Machine Gun Grant. Baylor played at Seattle U., so you might be off a nano-notch on him. But I will boost your comment a bit by saying, what UE needs is a guy who has some kind of an understanding about what to do on the court. I gotta get me a B-Hum shirt. The Sikma ones were sold out in 1975. I stand nano-notch corrected. Elgin Baylor did not go from the NAIA to the NBA. He averaged 31 points at NAIA College of Idaho and then transferred to Seattle. To make up for my rare oversight, I'll add Rick Mahorn, M.L. Carr, and World B. Free to the list. Well, yeah but you are Nostra-damned straight on about the Seattle value here considering Sikma. Jack is actually from St. Anne, Illinois, which is way far from the NBA. World B. was not the man he was when he was All-World. I will add Dick Barnett and Joe Fulks, only because I have heard of them.

I would like to suggest that ATP and Nostradamus start their own forum so they can talk to each other about stuff that the rest of us could care less about and is definitely not on topic. I might add this is not the first thread where this has happened.

I might add this is not the first thread where this has happened. Haha! We started our own forum a year ago. Did you really think you'd be notified? It's by invitation only. A discussion about a recruit from an NAIA school, jam-packed with thoroughly interesting stats and facts is very much on-topic. Nostradamus is pushing back on the notion by some here that an NAIA pickup is a lame pickup. Quite the contrary, B-Hum arrives with the skill set that can elevate a program, offensively and defensively. The "rest of us" need a better self-appointed spokesperson than bleedpurple. I've received "likes" from seven different "rest of us" members on this thread. The real Rest of Us are wondering when you will have anything of interest to say. Nothing yet. Tick tock tick tock...

I might add this is not the first thread where this has happened. This happens EVERY thread. So true. Bleedpurple complains about people he doesn't like on EVERY thread. I'm glad you noticed. Nostradamus took the time to research B-Hum's stats on a thread about B-Hum and bleedpurple took 1/1000 of that time to air silly and off-topic personal grievances. Nothing you say will stop him but I appreciate your effort.

I honestly don't even care if bleedpurple is fixated on censorship. Seriously, I don't care. Seems pretty typical -- at least this time, so far, the plea hasn't gone out to "Mister Moderator."
But really the thread is about one of the new Aces. Maybe bleedpurple could contribute something to that. So far I've seen nothing.
Aces44 might discuss something relating to his own experiences as a D-1 prodigy.

Ben is training with trainer Jared Newton. Looks to be training hard and smart. I see IU has interest in him. Note: Jared Newson played for the Sioux Falls Skyforce and Bakersfield Jam in the NBA D-League and in 2014 was inducted into the UT Martin Athletics Hall of Fame. Played 13 years professionally (most overseas) and in 2007 did play for the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA. Group practice: www.facebook.com/100063352621957/videos/828357678889723/

Wish Ben the best and hope he lands somewhere that gives him playing time. Of course it would be nice to have him back, but the positive side of him moving on is he will promote UE to other players. I know Ben had a positive experience here with Coach Rags, the fans and UE athletics. What goes around comes around, as they say.
