It seems that DeAndre practiced with the team either on Friday or today. He and Samari Curtis (no. 22) appear in the background of the video interview of Coach Lickliter on twitter. It will be interesting to see if he makes an appearance in the Valpo game.
If DeAndre is available, I still wouldn't expect him to contribute like he was prior to the injury. I'm sure it will take time.

I have a gut feeling that this team has finally had enough of the type of basketball we have been playing. I think we will play like we are capable of - remember we have had some good/great effort for many games against good opponents this year. Surely it is time to start believing in ourselves...and playing with the potential we showed early - the two factors we have lost are confidence and energy - I don't think this team wants to allow this "broken" label to be our legacy. I feel that youth, energy, pride and restored vision will work together to shed this "trampled on so we've given up" image that these conference games have highlighted.....I just feel that it is time to show what we're made of, and I believe it will start at Valpo tomorrow!

Climb on up here, in these orange & purple clouds with me, Secty! go aces! I'm here! I always have said this team has great potential, and that our losses and poor play (at any time during this season) were the result of a loss of confidence and of poor effort.....I expect, and trust, the coaches and the players to put a team out there who can play good basketball - and then mental toughness takes over to provide the energy and toughness to put that good basketball into action. I think we surely have "hit bottom" and have to be sick of everyone talking about "those poor boys and what has happened to them" ..sympathy accepted, I say, now let's give the basketball world something else to identify us ...a basketball program that has NOT taken its eye off of a rise to the top. I'll go one step farther into those orange and purple clouds and say that this whole mess might provide an opportunity for a young gun or two who like the idea of being a big part of a newly energized team that is fighting anew....you have to admit that this situation has put us in the spotlight, especially after our earlier success at defeating KY .. how better to get recognition for a player who is willing to join forces with Evansville and help bring this team back!

I'm one who has been skeptical about Wlliams' return. Would be delighted to be wrong.

I live 4 blocks from the ARC. The Aces need the fans, it's Sunday and snowy. I got nothing better to do. I will be in the section behind the Aces bench making strange faces at the Valpo cheering section.
Rock on!

For what it's worth DeAndre is listed on the game roster on live stats.

Just my personal opinion, I believe we Aces fans have seen the last of D William's in a Aces uniform. Hes not hurt, hes in the process of transferring and applying for a Medical Redshirt, so he will be able to play immediately next season. Like I said, just my opinion and intuition.

No medical redshirt will be granted, he appeared in more than 1/3 of our team's games this season.

That's kind of a cheap shot on DeAndre. You have know idea what he's thinking and accusing him of faking an injury is not cool.
