Birdettes are (a.) pretty sloppy (b.) luckier'n a hound dog in a meat locker.
UE is playing pretty good defense and I like them on the boards and their ball movement.
This is better than they have played.
Still, ISU's inside game is going to be a load for them.

Yes they can. Leading 21-14 after first quarter. Best they have looked all year. According to play-by-play guys the Aces only got there about 2 hours before game time.

For sure, they have to ring some bells on those open looks. They are going to hit the wall if they keep driving against that paint defense.

ISUr seems like they're spreading the floor better giving us defensive problems. Our shooting has gone south this quarter. I can't believe how many point blank shots we've missed.

#24 owned them the last time. When all fails, they will dump down to her. The other outside shooters are blindly lucky.

Aces only scored 8 points in that quarter, and went more than 6 minutes without scoring. You won't win many doing that.

I am gonna ride the Optimist bus for the duration of this season because this team is still more fun to watch than any I've seen.
The talent is maybe there, maybe it's lacking some depth or experience, or maybe the opponents are just so far ahead that it seems like the Aces are lost.
Still, if they don't win 3 more games, it's still a better team than it was. And more recruiting will make it better.
