I think this should be an easy win but we will see.

With a 31 point lead at halftime, they should be home free on this one. Abby Feit leading the way again. I really like that Clark #32, the transfer from St. Louis. She is a really good player.

A fight in the Lady's game around 6:15 of the 4th quarter. Looks like Partee of the Aces didn't like how she was being pushed around down low. Then Clark came to her defense when it escalated. The refs are reviewing and technicals and possible ejections should be known soon.

Six ejections including Partee and Clark from Evansville.
There hasn't been this much emotion and excitement in an Aces game in awhile, especially on the Lady's side.

I wish the men played with this intensity.

Aces win 100-59. They continue to look good; but the MVC slate will be the true test on how much they have improved? But so far, so good.
For reference they beat the Mighty Oaks 84-52 last year. So definitely a faster pace and 9 more points on the margin of victory.

Just got to watch the replay and imo the only ejection should have been #3 for Oakland city who hit myia Clark with closed fist. I known may be biased, but I think that if that scuffle happened in a mens game only that one player would have been ejected.
Otherwise, I'd say this game was a good game to get the bench some run, too bad we seem to have a few injuries atm.

As long as it took them to sort out a rather brief scrub, I think this crew may have been a tad inexperienced. Regardless, I love watching the enthusiasm and fire these girls are playing with. Is Thurwalker out with an injury? I assume that was her dressed at the end of the bench yesterday. She had a nice outside shot last year, and was one player I felt would really shine with the coaching change.

I actually watched this most of the way despite it being a name-the-score outcome. These kids are fearless, which isn't going to do them any harm unless they run up against a similarly driven team. That could get tricky. Anna Newman has become a player. Like her a lot. Camarena is going to be an under-the-radar value. The dead spots in their game will likely shorten and I only wish this had been a quality opponent. All the same, kudos to the OCU staff for putting together a reasonable program. Not sure on their level of play. It's good that area girls are advancing their education and athletics.
