Maybe I have missed something, but has anyone heard an update on Williams’ return?

Maybe I have missed something, but has anyone heard an update on Williams’ return? Day to day. Looks like he has improved by his movement in sidelines

I saw nothing but positives from Dre today. He wants to be out there, and he's taking Samari under his wing.

I said this on another thread: if they're sitting him out because he's not 100% and they want to make sure he doesn't reaggravate something, I'm in complete support of that. Have him at full strength for the tournament.

If DeAndre and the Nebraska transfer do not have anything better to wear than jean's with holes in them, they should be in UE sweatsuits. That was embarrassing! It appears to me this program has deteriorated to the point they have zero standards.

I also agree. IMHO, Bennie was put into the interim job because he was older and SEEMED, as the older assistant, to be the best option to guide the team thru this mess. However, the situation with Dre and Samari wearing the worn out jeans is just an indication that this team isn't responding to Bennie's leadership. In fact, the only thing he can really use to keep players focused is playing time. Otherwise, it's up to KJ and Hall to lead.
As others have said on this site, I wish Lickliter and Graves had stuck around. The Walter Situation would still be with us, but we'd have a completely different approach. With Bennie coming in late, he really has a tough assignment.

With Bennie coming in late, he really has a tough assignment. Perhaps Commodore was a better option with this group. He came in with Walter last year and may have a better relationship with the players, especially with being younger. It may have boosted the team to have a coach they were more familiar, spoke the same language and need to prove his coaching talents
Selzter has more coaching credentials to his side. Ben's strategy is to slow the game down and we seen how that worked the last 15-16 years
Just my thoughts on the team. If it had been Ted and they were losing I"d probably would ask why Ben was overlooked.
two sides of the same coin.
I thought the effort today & @isub was 100% better than what it has been the last 3 weeks

Can someone answer this...Has Williams been out for all 6 of the conference games? If not, how many? He played in the first conference game, Dec. 31 at Missouri State. He's been out from the Valpo game on. Edit: As Purp stated below, DeAndre played in the first two conference games, and has been out from the Bradley game on.

It appears to me this program has deteriorated to the point they have zero standards. We have bigger issues than what street clothes players are wearing. To be honest I have never paid attention to that, but if there is a standard or dress code, it was surely set by Walter before the season started. Bennie is in a terrible situation and I feel for him. His coaching can surely be questioned. But I do not hold him responsible for players’ fashion choices. And if we were winning, I really doubt we would be talking about jeans.
