This is a 91 minute podcast; if just interested in the talk on the Aces, that section starts at 67 minutes in and goes for about 17 minutes. They like Evansville’s starting five compared to the other MVC teams and especially like the backcourt of Shamar and Jawaun. However, they consider Evansville’s depth questionable. They do recognize that Evansville has lots of shooters including the new guys.

They made no attempt to find out anything about the incoming players and their possible impact on the team. They cast Newton as a lesser defender than Givance. Bromance for Kuhlman was quite apparent. If the season plays out by their predictions, all 3s, no inside game, no inside defense, less than 6 valley wins.

Well, to be perfectly honest, we really don't know what they will have on the inside game, or the inside defense. We can hope, and we can speculate what it will be, but until we see them play some games, who knows how it will shake out. I am not going to get really excited about this team until I see them in action. Any other opinion is strictly speculation, and hope.

I haven't listened to it, and from the reviews so far, probably not going to waste my time. While it's fair to say no one really knows about the inside game, etc..I think it is very apparent they still failed to do their homework. It's a 91 minute podcast, billed as reviews of Evansville and Valpo. We get a whopping 17 minutes of it. It appears that not only did they do their own review of Valpo, but also had Paul Oren, Valpo Beat Writer on to "Break down all things Valpo". Seems like if they wanted to do any serious review of us, they would have given us the same consideration, like making an attempt to have Chad or another of our media guys on to "Break down all things Evansville". It doesn't matter. The bottom line is if we want our respect back, we are going to have to earn it. I just have no idea what Valpo has done since joining this league to get such a pass.
