I just saw on Twitter that Owen Dease committed to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. I will be interesting to see how he does there.

I just saw on Twitter that Owen Dease committed to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. I will be interesting to see how he does there. Steve Lutz, who was a Matt Painter assistant at Purdue, is the new coach at A&M Corpus Christi.

Hope he does well,but still wasn't overly excited about him in an Aces uni.

We can do better for sure. Too skinny and lacks toughness but he is a good shooter I will say that. Local basketball really hasn't been that good the last 10 years or so.

You dont think jaquan lyle, mekhi lairy, dru smith, kiyron Powell, alex Stein, khristian Lander, jaelan sanford, and the Duncan bros just to name a few were that good??

How many years are you going back? On average we are producing maybe one college prospect a year. I wouldn't call that stout.

Its more than 1 because I counted 16 d1 caliber players off the top of my head (and I'm probably missing some) and thats leaving a few out like norris and swope. Theres not many cities of 100 thousand people producing as many basketball prospects as Evansville
