Not sure of anything honestly. but not knowing the whole situation doesn't it take two to Tango. It will depend on the age(s) and what position person were in dealing with WM. Here fore to be referred to as the Ex POS Coach.

I am gonna throw this at the wall because I can. The university knew McCarty was married when they hired him and if he was given 'counseling' for his miscreant behavior while on the staff at UE, they already had that information. The 'mutual consent' might not be anybody's business, but it should have been something UE could have called on ... you aren't exactly posting a good image, Walt.
It would seem the plaintiff can at least say, 'they knew he was married when they hired him and all they told him to do was stop chasing women.'
Now, since that's a post here on PAP ... I deny having any reason for believing this.

With UE being a private religious institution (Methodist), I am sure all employees and students must maintain an appropriate lifestyle to stay in good standing with the school. If anybody has any knowledge about this, please provide any information available.

All I can say is if UE says it 'counseled' WMc on his behavior, and if that's an argument they will use, it's evident they were ignoring infidelity. That's not a good look, no matter how we phrase it.

My Freshman year at UE was 1964. At that time students around campus were well aware of a female professor who was having an affair with a student. As naive as I was back then I was trying to figure out how to work her class into my engineering schedule. This is not new, but what is unacceptable is when an action is unwelcome or becomes harassment. Therefore there was no room for WMC.
